The Opportunity

The Adobe Field Readiness and Enablement (FRE) team empowers our field organization with the appropriate skills , information, and practical application of learning to succeed in their role and meet Adobe business objectives . We provide high-quality learning experiences and educational opportunities for new and tenured employees that increase their performance while simultaneously delighting our customers.

As the Senior Operations Delivery Manager, you will work with internal stakeholders to drive operational deployment of all enablement programs and their requirements to ensure timely and quality delivery of all Field Readiness and Enablement program outputs by the effective use of Learning Management Systems and Technology.                                 

What You'll Do

This role requires organization and attention to detail, high-volume task management, problem solving skills and operational efficiency while maintaining quality for the learner experience.

  • Build and maintain training content within Adobe Learning Manager, Enablement Build of Materials, and our Learning Asset Management System
  • Actively participate in regular stakeholder conversations by problem solving proactively and as situations arise 
  • Provide Effective and timely support to learners who require assistance to proceed with their enablement training curricula with a focus on delivering a good learner experience
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of training programs
  • Collaborate with Learning Management System team to publish curricula and  resolve technical issues
  • Handle updates to the enablement websites: Adobe Digital University and the Solution Partner Portal
  • Assist in product troubleshooting activities
  • Cross train colleagues in various technology and processes for coverage and upskilling initiatives
  • Direct large-scale initiatives, ensuring flawless project execution.
  • Lead project teams, mitigates risks, and adapts strategies to meet changing project requirements.
  • Optimize customer support systems for efficiency, implementing sophisticated features and automation to enhance the overall customer support experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Engage collaborators efficiently through clear communication, tailoring messages to different audiences.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Experience in enterprise organizations with matrixed teams.
  •  Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and or other Learning Management Systems
  • Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently.
  • Adept at problem-solving and can use influencing, relationship, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills to find and resolve roadblocks.
  • Confident and eloquent communicator in writing, speaking, and facilitation.
  • Confirmed ability to operate reliably and autonomously in situations of utmost ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
  • Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and their use across customer segments is desired.
  • Experience in web authoring.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and or Product Management experience is a plus.
