What we are looking for: -   

We are looking for a Product Designer - Intern who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user-friendly experiences. As part of our design team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products through research-driven, visually compelling, and interactive designs. If you thrive on solving complex design challenges and have a keen eye for user experience, this is the opportunity for you! 

The role purpose and scope: -  

• Assist in designing user interfaces and interactions that enhance the overall user experience. 
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements. 
• Work with design systems to create consistent and scalable UI components. 
• Develop prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma, Sketch, Framer, or other design tools. 
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers in the team to bring designs to life. 
• Experiment and utilize Gen AI tools to create innovative workflows, copy and designs. 
• Explore and utilize Power BI for data-driven UI designs and visual storytelling. 
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively
  
  

Experience and skills:-  

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in product design / Interaction design / Enterprise product design using design thinking methodologies. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design capabilities and research-driven design decisions. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Framer etc. 
• Familiarity with design systems and how to apply them effectively. 
• Passion for design and a user-centric approach to problem-solving. 
• Experience working on cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, product management, research, and marketing. 
• Ability to translate research insights into compelling product experiences. 
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to advocate for design ideas. 
• Comfortable working with data-driven designs and exploring tools like Power BI. 
• Enthusiasm for Generative AI and emerging design technologies.
