About The Role
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials
- Manages vendor relationships, ensures timely delivery, and maintains accurate procurement records.
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure purchase needs are met efficiently while optimizing cost, quality, and timelines.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms
- Negotiate terms with vendors
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain updated records of purchased items
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays or defects
