The Sr. Customer Support Engineer, Raipur for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Customer Satisfaction through on time Service Deliveries such as Timely Installation of Instrument, Performing On-Time PM & Modification, Responding & resolving Instrument issue, and achieving Service KPIs. You are also responsible for generating Service Revenue in your territory.
This position is part of the West Service Team located in Raipur and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Gujarat Service Team and report to the State Service Manager responsible for Service Operation of Gujarat, MP & CG.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment and deliver basic operational training at installation.
- Provide effective product and customer support. Ensure Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) are performed in timely manner. Seek timely support for difficult product issues avoiding unnecessary down time.
- Maintains excellent customer relationship, specifically with his/her directly assigned accounts and adhere to field service policies procedures and standards.
- Must be an Engineering Graduate with B.E./B.Tech. Degree or higher. Should have a minimum working experience of 3 to 5 years in the relevant field with exposure in customer services (Technical) in the IVD industry. Should have adequate skills to consultatively help and support technical troubleshooting along with other functions.
- Should have proven analytical skills and be proficient in basic MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point etc. and communication tools like Outlook, MS Teams
- Should be able to drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery based on customer feedback. Should relentlessly strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction to drive business growth in a healthcare environment.
- Technical field services of IVD products (hardware & SW)
- Generating Service Revenue
- Usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SW based for Call Handling & Closure in System
