This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes.
In this role, you will impact driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers prior to and after sale.
- Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
- Coordinates w/ various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
- Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR/collection.
- Clear Backlogs.
- Respond Customer Queries and Claims (non Disputes).
- Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
- Work with Dispute Team to manage the dispute
Skills Required:
- Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
- SAP- Order Management
- Salesforce | Case Management
- O2C knowledge
- MS Excel
