Job Summary –

We are looking for a Telecom Engineer is responsible to Manage Microsoft Teams and contact center for our Project

Years of experience needed –

 5 + Years of experience

Technical Skills

 Must be able to Manage our project’s Microsoft Teams and Contact Center.

 The candidate must be a Microsoft Teams expert. Specifically, Teams calling.

 He / She must have the Advanced SIP and SIP troubleshooting skills with Session Border Controllers (SBC) or Cisco CUBE.

 And AudioCodes Experience Will Be Preferred.

 Should have experience working in a contact center environment.

 The Ideal candidate will Possess relevant technical certifications.

 And should be a good Team player

Certifications Needed

 BE or Equivalent


