Qualifications And Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced SQL Query Writing and Optimization
- Broad knowledge of various database technologies and platforms, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Programming languages like Python, Java or C#
- Understanding of data structures, Algorithms and software development principles in essential
- Experience in Database Design and Modeling Data Integration and ETL Processes
- Performance Tuning and Query Analysis
- Understanding of Indexing and Storage Structures
- Database Administration and Security
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Proficiency in Stored Procedures and Triggers
- Experience with Cloud Database Services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database)
- Knowledge of snowflakes is an added advantage
- Create complex functions and stored procedures
- Analyze queries, develop security protocols, and resolve problems
- Design database architecture and create dashboards
- Write complex queries for applications and business intelligence reporting
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval
- Design and implement ETL processes for data integration
- Perform performance tuning on databases for better efficiency
- Create and maintain data warehousing solutions
- Collaborate with teams to analyze and solve data-related challenges
