Job Description
We are looking for a suitable person for the post of "Specialst - Sales Operations" to be based out of our Thane office. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks:
Graduate with 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
Require:
Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
Experience in project management and leading regional initiatives
Familiarity with customer experience programs and distributor management
Strong background in data analysis and reporting tools (Advance Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Job Description
We are looking for a suitable person for the post of "Specialst - Sales Operations" to be based out of our Thane office. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks:
- Data analysis for sales- review meeting templates, distributor performance, SD tracking
- Pricing- margin improvement, recommendation on pricing policies
- IP forecasting- get forecasts from sales team (vs. historical sales), upload on IP tool, analyse MAPE and improve MAPE
- Market surveys
- CRM Key user, trainings, sales planning/ opportunities/ customer database cleanup
- Supports Sales Management to execute sales plans and initiatives defined
- Manages the distributor partner performance program and related activities/initiatives
- Supports in the sales budgeting process
- Supports the region on all marketing / marcom related topics
