Job Title- Software Engineer I (frontend development)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Frontend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to building common components for our iTwin portal using iTwin platform APIs and iTwin UI. This role requires proficiency in UX/UI technologies, a good sense of CSS, and knowledge of the latest frontend technologies.

Responsibilities-

• Develop, test, and maintain frontend components using React, TypeScript, and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UX designers to convert designs into scalable and efficient UI.
• Develop UI components with both adaptive and responsive designs.
• Utilize iTwin platform APIs and iTwin UI to enhance the functionality of the iTwin portal.
• Implement micro-frontend architecture to ensure modular and maintainable code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application of best practices.
  
  
  

Eligibility-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any related field.
• 2 + years of experience with cloud-based development.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack and RS pack.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience with iTwin platform APIs and iTwin UI.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
