Talent Formula is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting talent to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We are currently sourcing for Data Engineer. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, can fit in the team with the following requirements.
The Senior Data Engineer is a new and unique role critical to helping us realize our vision for new and valuable data products and services. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and platforms that enable the creation and deployment of data products. Your eye for intuitive and simple design, combined with mature data engineering and machine learning skills, and a strong work ethic, will position you well to experience a rewarding career with Talent Formula.

Note: This is a office based role
Key Responsibilities
Integration with existing systems
Ensure data transfer follows best practices and take a preventative approach in exposing PI data
Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize the performance of the integration and following best
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the frontend application
Proficient in caching mechanisms
Error Handling And Robustness
Implement error-handling mechanisms to manage and recover from failures or unexpected outputs from the backend systems
Ensure functionality is resilient and fault tolerant
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
You are organised and a fast learner
Expertise in Flask
Strong python programming skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on backend technologies

Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Integrations dependent on multiple API’s
- Ability to build scalable API capable of handling thousands of requests a day
- Integrating with multiple third party systems and having fault tolerant API’s
- Build multiple type of streaming integrations where we stream data with other clients using different types of mechanisms such as webhooks and polling
