Software Development Engineer – Node.js & React.js

Role Overview

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software applications, including cloud-based systems and microservices. The engineer will work across the full technology stack using modern frameworks like ReactJS, NodeJS, .NET, and Golang. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions while following Agile development practices. A strong focus on clean code, automation, and performance optimization is essential.his position is for a creative Cloud UI/Web Developer who has expertise in front-end/back-end technologies and frameworks, with a keen eye for design and user experience. You will work closely with designers, front-end/back-end developers, and product teams to create high-quality web applications with seamless user interfaces.

This is a Hybrid position located in Bangalore. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications and scalable microservices using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes into functional, interactive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and scalability.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and efficient systems with robust back-end logic.
• Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Adopt and promote best coding practices, CI/CD tools, and modern development frameworks.
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end/back-end development using ReactJS, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, .NET, etc.
• Strong UI/UX sense with exposure to tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Proficient in working with relational databases and knowledgeable in performance tuning and database partitioning.
• Strong grasp of observability, metrics, latency analysis, and performance optimization techniques.
• Skilled in CI/CD practices, version control systems, and automation tools with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable UI frameworks and troubleshoot network and system-level issues.
