Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Define and communicate a bold technical vision for the platform, leveraging Python (Django), React, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to create a system that scales with the speed of light and can handle the future of serialisation, track & trace, and compliance reporting. Craft elegant, efficient code that's as beautiful as it is functional.
- Lead with Passion: Inspire the team with a relentless drive for excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership. Align their efforts with the strategic priorities set forth by the founder's vision, guiding and mentoring them to elevate their skills and knowledge. Someone with a high knowledge on Kubernetes.
- Scale to Infinity: Build a system so scalable it could handle every possible supply chain choreography on Earth. Ensure your architecture is ambitious and can evolve with new technologies, positioning us as the industry leader. Optimize every query, algorithm, and byte of data for lightning-fast response times and bulletproof reliability.
- Protect our clients' most sensitive data with unwavering security protocols, leveraging the latest advancements in security.
- Build a fortress around our data that is impenetrable, implementing robust security measures in every line of code.
- Collaborate Relentlessly: Work closely with product management, sales, product operations, and compliance teams to translate our founder's vision into reality. Foster a tight feedback loop with the founder, ensuring transparent communication and rapid course-correction when necessary.
- Prioritize Ruthlessly & Execute with Precision: Time is our most valuable asset. Laser-focused on the initiatives that will have the most significant impact, aligning with the strategic priorities set by our founder. Translate their vision into reality with relentless execution, solving complex problems, making sound technical decisions, and driving a sense of ownership and accountability within the team.
