Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Meta ad campaign support:
  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team to: Upload creatives and ad copies on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Maintain an ad launch tracker with campaign name, date, creative type, and results (reach/engagement/CTR)
  • Ensure correct targeting, budget, and timelines
  • Track live campaign status and flag issues immediately
  • Social media collaborations:
  • Identify potential influencers, mommy bloggers, and parenting pages
  • Draft and send initial collaboration messages via Instagram DM or email
  • Track ongoing collabs:
  • Deliverables (story/post/reel)
  • Dates of posting
  • UTM or coupon code usage (if applicable)
  • Maintain a Collab Tracker Sheet: Influencer Name | Platform | Type of Collab | Status | Date of Posting | Notes
  • DM handling & response management:
  • Check Instagram and Facebook DMs 2–3 times daily
  • Respond to queries with brand-approved tone and templates
  • If it’s an order-related query, escalate promptly to the CRM department
  • B2B Collaboration outreach:
  • Research and approach relevant baby product brands, gifting pages, and boutique stores for B2B collaborations
  • Initiate conversations on WhatsApp or via email using pre-approved pitch formats
  • Follow up professionally on pending responses
  • Maintain a B2B tracker sheet:
  • Maintain a record of brand name, contact person, contact mode (email/WhatsApp), date of first contact, status, and remarks
