Skills Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably with copywriting experience).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools.
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, copy, etc.).
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences in real-time.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and technologies.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Handle crisis communication and manage reputation online.
