- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance.
- Manage production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead equipment optimization, process improvement initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies to increase manufacturing efficiency and capability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs that comply with regulatory standards and create a safe workplace.
- Oversee large-scale operational projects, including facility expansions, new product introductions, and technology transfers.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and other international pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing, engineering, and project management activities.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, including equipment validation, facility design, and maintenance.
