- Be an active partner for Shape Owner to achieve shape objectives.
- Take accountability for full employment life cycle (e.g.recruitment, onboarding, skill development, shape role & team assignment, ...)
- Mentoring & coaching for team members and establish a culture of learning and personal development and contribute to improve GDS skills & communities
- Conduct disciplinary & administrative
- 10 -12 years of relevant experience or
- Degree in Engineering stream like Computer sciences or Business Informatics
- Team leadership experience with international and remote teams with passion for excellence
- Hybrid work model
