YOURE ROLE:
The Service Delivery Manager – C2C oversees the entire Contract-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash application. They drive process optimization, compliance, and automation, while managing client relationships, mitigating risks, and leading teams. The role focuses on performance improvement, financial accuracy, and delivering value through data-driven insights.

The Service Delivery Manager – C2C oversees the entire Contract-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash application. Entity-Business Management
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Ensure end-to-end control and compliance of the C2C process, including credit management, billing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of revenue recognition and cash application
- Review and validate client invoicing and collections processes to ensure alignment with contractual terms and financial policies
- Analyse aging reports and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Own overall account performance, ensuring excellence in O2C service delivery and high client satisfaction
