What You Will Do

• Lifecycle management of the orchestration software including testing, deployment, support, proactive maintenance, feedback to vendor on bugs and improvements.
• Housekeeping and maintenance involve upgrades, patching and troubleshooting of supported automation tools and underlying infrastructure.
• Operations acceptance activities, ensuring compliance of new automations in terms of orchestration standards and best practices.
• Incident investigation, problem management and troubleshooting.
• Continuous improvement and proactive finetuning by regular data analysis (SPLUNK).
• Configuration, implementation & troubleshooting of internally developed automations.
• Regular communication and close cooperation with vendor’s support team.
• Close cooperation with developers in DevOps mode. Ensuring changes to existing deployments are in line with plans and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure efficient cooperation with colleagues and customers.
• Ensure that the tools operation and their support (undertaken based on the IT Operational standards and ITS Process) are delivered within the requested timescales.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE (Primary Skills)

• Experience Linux (basic administration) and Windows (power user)
• 3 - 6 years of experience in IT operations department supporting business critical systems in the corresponding area.
• fluent English
• analytical skills
• communicative
• Experience with OS related programming especially shell scripting knowledge.
• Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality.
• Experience in IT operation support in big IT operations environment.
• Good in troubleshooting skills (experience from Operations)
• Solid in building and managing partnerships

What Is The Plus Point(s)

• IT support experience
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Working experience with workload automation / orchestration tool.
