- Prepare quotations to secure the best terms on price, delivery, and quality.
- Coordinate and follow up on inter and intra-departmental levels.
- Documentation, MIS updation and SAP- Preparing and maintaining PO, Quotation comparison, GRPO and complete import/export documentation work as required.
- Incorporate product quality specification into purchase to maintain high quality standards.
- Material Inspection & Documentation Making of quality sheet for checking the material.
- Arranging of way bill from A/C Dept and mailing the same to vendor.
- Rejected Material Return Process- Returning of material with complete formalities like letter etc.
- Follow up with transport agency/suppliers for timely delivery of material.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 0-3 Years of experience.
- Good Analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Multitasking with a problem-solving attitude.
