We are looking for a seasoned Senior Golang Developer with over 10 years of experience in backend development, primarily with Golang. The ideal candidate should also possess hands-on experience with Java and a strong background in designing and building scalable, robust, and efficient software systems. You will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of high-performance backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Golang Developer with over 10 years of experience in backend development, primarily with Golang. You will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of high-performance backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality backend systems using Golang.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and resilient systems.
- Implement microservices architecture with effective service orchestration and communication.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Enhance application performance and reduce latency wherever possible.
- Perform regular code reviews and maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code.
- Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing systems and APIs.
- Stay updated with the latest Golang trends, libraries, tools, and best practices.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and share knowledge with the Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in backend development with at least 4+ years in Golang.
- Prior development experience in Java is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Golang paradigms, idioms, and standard libraries.
- Experience with Go frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Beego.
- Solid understanding of concurrency and parallelism in Go.
- Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of microservices design principles and patterns.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a good understanding of deployment and scaling.
- Exposure to message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) for effective collaboration.
- Contributions to open-source Golang projects.
- Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
