You will be part of a strong project management team leading the commercial projects in Asia and Oceania region in various technologies like Hydroprocessing/Hydrogen/Methanol/Ammonia/Sulphur. You will be leading the project team of highly competent engineers and technicians located across the globe and will need to have close collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

About Role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from sales handover until project closing. You will be required to deliver projects on time, within budget and with right quality.

You will use your collaboration skills to quickly be able to navigate our organization as you align with internal stakeholders to mitigate the challenges and risks during project execution and you naturally relate to customers’ needs to create winning solutions.

There is a global focus on green and renewable solutions and transition to new technologies increases the complexity and uncertainties in projects in order to maintain the balance between client demands and project cost and schedule. With the experience you bring to the team, you are able to challenge our systems/workflows and make sure that we improve our productivity. Travel will be part of job.

The Main Focus Area Will Be

• Ensure project execution as per technology segment strategy with adherence to budgets, timeline, quality and contractual obligations.
• Ensure high focus on project gross margins, change orders and revenue forecast accuracy.
• Ensure project progress and reporting through regular status meetings, progress reports, KPIs high quality data in forecast and budget updates.
• Lead the communication with clients to align expectations, communicate progress/issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. resource department, procurement, legal etc.to ensure smooth execution of project.
• Ensure project execution as per workflows and procedures.
• Ensure that the quality and safety of the work carried out by the project team is in compliance with relevant quality and HSE procedures.
  

About You

• Engineering degree and 15+ years’ experience in execution of commercial technology and hardware delivery projects , fluent in English.
• It is a “must” to understand the importance of the Project Managers responsibility to manage all project activities ensuring safe conditions for all people involved at all times and in compliance with our corporate policies.
• Show leadership and commitment to front execution, make decisions and set direction for projects
