Roles & Responsibilities: -

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Project Planning:

  • Coordination with Factory and Vendors for spares of Turbine and BOP Components Execution.
  • Prepare main time schedule comprises of Engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing activities to enable the factory and Turbine components vendors to deliver orders on time.
  • Regular coordination with customer regarding updates and progress of spare orders during execution.

Order Execution (Spare parts of Turbine and BOP components):

  • Monitor all items for engineering, procurement and in-house and outsourced manufacturing based on main time schedule for executing the manufacture of turbine and components based on standard lead time
  • Monitoring of activities for all project spare items and follow up with SCM and vendors.
  • Creation and closing of production orders in SAP
  • Tracking of material and project progress through MS Project
  • Expediting Spares as per order requirements
  • Progress Report submission and meeting with customer during execution of project.
  • Issue Purchase requisitions and production orders on SAP
  • Project planning, sequencing and execution of product with vendors, sub-contractors and manufacturing facility
  • Project Coordination for Export and AMC orders (Domestic and International projects) has context menu
