To provide effective demand servicing to customers. Ensure effective communication to customers (internal /external) on status of supply and availability of material.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order Processing (create, change, reject) per principal rules.
- Ensure timely deliveries and improve performance ratings.
- Oversee consignment reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Support, Affiliates, and Agents.
- Provide timely order updates to customers on supply/availability.
- Ensure prompt responses to customers through coordination with various functions.
- Achieve 100% delivery performance with key customers.
- Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) system for Finished Goods (FG) supplies.
- Reduce Slow-Moving and Obsolete Goods (SMOG) inventory with Marketing's guidance.
- Provide customers with order, dispatch, and status updates.
- Block/Unblock & reserve materials based on customer/Marketing forecasts.
- Shift Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Pick up & Drop provided)
- Any Graduate
- 2-5 years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Service.
- Working experience with a captive or outsourced shared service centre.
- Preferred experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
