Job Overview

Responsible for managing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) activities within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department, including Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA management. Ensures daily operations and documentation are in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Supports audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives within SCM.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) activities within the SCM department, including Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA.
- Ensure all SCM operations and documentation comply with cGMP, GDP, and relevant regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.).
- Act as a key interface between SCM and QA/QC/Production teams to ensure seamless quality compliance.
- Support audit readiness and manage audit-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SCM through effective implementation of QMS tools and RCA methods (Why-Why, FMEA, 6M, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and external auditors to ensure compliance with quality and supply chain standards.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other SCM tools) to manage supply chain and QMS documentation.
- Contribute to vendor qualification processes and material management from a quality perspective.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues and enhance SCM performance.
- Report to the SCM Head, providing regular updates on QMS activities, audit outcomes, and improvement actions.
