Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to healthcare operations.
- Data profiling on the source data elements to find data anomalies
- Develop SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting, trend analysis, and decision support.
- Work with ERP systems pertaining to healthcare finance, supply chain, and other relevant domains to streamline operations.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades and modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate communication and project goals.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that processes align with current healthcare standards.
- Prepare detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows for future reference.
