- Products Knowledge: Intrerest Rate, FX Derivatives, FXO Derivatives. Interest RATE products, CDS , Corporate and Interbank ) both electronic and paper platform
- Trade Capture
- Events management
- Novations, Terminations, Offsets.
- TSU trade Controls.
Profile required

- Attend WB
- Contribute to KRI/KPI by ensuring the data is captured in a timely and accurate manner
- Challenge the status quo to bring in process improvement ideas and innovation in the way team functions today
- Client:-
- Report and escalate Client Incidents
- Know your key clients
- Client Centric
- Operational risk:
- Understand Operation risk in their respective perimeter
- Escalate errors and incidents immediately
- Complete the Task Tracker in a timely manner
