About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and grow our sales operations within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role requires someone who can drive revenue growth, lead and mentor sales teams, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Set and monitor regional sales targets, ensuring individual and team KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of proven sales experience
- Experience in new client acquisition, hunting new accounts, deal closure and negotiations along with onboarding them
- Experience managing teams across a multi-state or regional territory
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good geography & market knowledge
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
