- Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
- Drive expansion into new sectors, regions, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve targets.
- Set KPIs, review performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Revenue & Sales Operations
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales planning and pipeline management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage budgets, pricing, and cost structures for B2B operations.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights.
- Use CRM and data analytics tools to track customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate business development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Industry Preference: [Specify relevant industry – e.g., FMCG, FinTech, Telecom, Retail, Logistics, etc.]
