- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement best practices for risk management and quality control to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee stakeholder communication and engagement to foster positive relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Identify and evaluate potential project risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential impacts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics for regular review and analysis.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the thermal projects team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive operational excellence
