Job Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 10 to 14Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end training execution at the Coimbatore location.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition (TA), Work Force Management (WFH) and HR teams for daily planning and smooth batch execution.
- Monitor training facility, room capacities, IT Infra and schedule sessions accordingly.
- Coordinate with Admin and IT teams to ensure all necessary support is in place for batch operations.
- Oversee the daily execution of training batches to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a training planner regularly communicate with internal LnD stakeholders including PMO, Communication Academy and others.
- Closely manage the training operations from Monday to Friday. Work from Office from Monday to Friday is mandatory. Saturday working from office on need basis will be compensated as per policy.
- Partner with the LnD Operations team on vendor related procurement activities.
- Anticipate SME Subject Matter Expert requirements and communicate needs to the respective Business Units (BUs) POCs in advance.
- Collaborate with vendors regarding upcoming batches, trainer availability, platform readiness and overall execution planning.
- Provide regular updates and reports on training execution to relevant stakeholders.
