Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role Description
The HIC/SHIC/ASM in Direct Sales Team is responsible for selling insurance products to the customers directly through multiple avenues like Activity Driven Business, Point Of Care desks. Maintaining good rapport with the stake holders at the place of business.
As HIC/SHIC/ASM the basic role will be to onboard new customers through direct selling, reference selling, activity driven selling and direct sales at the POCs & ATHs at multiple location of the city & outside city.
