Senior Graphic Designer in Thane

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and execution of all design projects across digital and print platforms, ensuring high standards, brand alignment, and impactful visual communication for clients across sectors including real estate, F&B, wellness, and events.
• Conceptualize and develop end-to-end campaigns, collaborating with content, strategy, and marketing teams—from ideation to final rollout—while delivering strong creative narratives tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Design brand identities and visual systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines that reflect the unique voice and positioning of each client.
• Create compelling design assets for digital platforms, including social media creatives, thumbnails, ad banners, and web visuals, with a specific emphasis on real estate marketing design.
• Deliver high-quality offline creatives such as brochures, hoardings, standees, and event branding materials, ensuring print-ready accuracy and excellence.
  
  

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing structured feedback, upskilling support, and quality checks to maintain a consistent design language across the team.

• Collaborate with external vendors and printers, ensuring production feasibility, quality control, and timely delivery of print and fabrication materials.
  
  

Contribute to script-level work, with a basic understanding of scripting for motion graphics, animation logic, or template-based automation (e.g., After Effects expressions, Lottie, or HTML/CSS basics).

• Manage multiple project timelines and priorities, taking complete ownership of creative outcomes, revision cycles, and final delivery while ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
• Stay inline with design and technology trends, proactively introducing fresh design techniques, tools, and formats to keep the company’s creative output competitive and relevant.
