We're eagerly looking for an organized and knowledgeable Senior Executive – People & Culture to join our devoted team. This person will make a significant impact on our team, cultivating a welcoming and positive work environment while implementing and overseeing initiatives that improve our culture and employee experiences.
Being Human Resource professional with a broad knowledge on all aspects of Human Relations in the Organization, from Onboarding to Separation and beyond. Ensure a perfect functioning of the department by striking a balance between Management and Employees and be a trusted HRBP working on medium to long term objectives of people function. In this role, HR Generalist handles responsibilities as People & Culture (HR) team member and works closely with the Head of People & Culture to create and drive talent and business strategy in the Business Practices/Units and in addition as a HRBP, will provide the support and functional expertise that drives productivity and results in the Business. Manages Valtech Gandhinagar office HR, General Administration, Facilities, IT and Finance needs.
What You Do
As the Senior Executive – People & Culture, you will take on a range of responsibilities, from leading our HR processes to crafting and adopting initiatives meant to nurture our employees and company culture. You will need to posses excellent communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization and the ability to make sound decisions regarding employee relations and development.
What We Ask For
HR Operational activities – New joiner onboarding/Induction, Background Verification, HR audits, HR interviews, Employee counselling, Grievance handling, People Metrics/dashboards, Policy formulations, Reward and Recognition, Statutory and HR Branding
Implementation of Employee Engagement and Employee Experience initiatives – working towards employee retention programs, employee development activities, employee gratification
Conducting Employee Delight activities – FUN events, Annual Day program, Intellectual Competitions, Sports events, Cultural programs, Healthcare programs etc.
Perform the role of HRBP for business practices.
Manages Valtech Gandhinagar office independently – HR operations and HRBP, General Administration, Facilities, IT and Finance needs.
Specialization in any one or more of the HR activities like: Reward & Recognition, C&B, HR Analytics, Soft skill Training, Performance Management System, Employee Career Development programing
Personality
Should be able to interact and communicate confidently at all levels. (Proficient in conversing in local language and Hindi with vendors and local workers)
People orientation and being passionate to Human Relations
Think critically and being assertive.
Exhibit problems solving and solution orientation attitude.
