About The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager with a strong focus on influencer marketing to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of our private brands by driving organic video views and generating demand through strategic influencer partnerships. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing our influencer network, ensuring top-tier execution, and leveraging data to scale our influence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Network Development & Management: Build, manage, and optimize a high-performing network of influencers, with a specific focus on YouTube creators, aligned with our private brand objectives and target audience.
  • Creative Concept Generation: Develop innovative and impactful marketing concepts for defined products with specific USPs, tailoring them for key geographies and various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Campaign Execution Excellence: Oversee Influencer Executives to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of all influencer marketing campaigns, from brief to reporting.
  • Data-Driven Scaling: Strategically leverage internal data and content capabilities to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and scale our influencer marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics, with a primary focus on generating organic video views and ultimately driving demand generation, as evidenced by increased search volumes for our private brands.
  • Relationship Management & Exclusivity: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our influencer pool to achieve exclusivity for Purplle, ultimately leading to cost optimization in influencer partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing on YouTube is essential, preferably within the beauty, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the Indian influencer landscape and emerging trends.
  • A genuine passion for content creation and an eye for engaging video formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop compelling marketing concepts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and and stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for the beauty industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
