Be Bodywise, is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep and nutrition. Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

What You'll Do (Aka Your Superpowers)

• Master the Marketplace: Take charge of all things marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.). From catalog management to campaign execution, youll run the show like a pro.
• Data Wizardry: Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and consumer behavior. If Excel sheets excite you, we already like you.
• Campaign Rockstar: Collaborate with the marketing team to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that make noise and rake in those conversions.
• Inventory Ninja: Ensure stock levels are always on point. No one likes an Out of Stock message, right?
• Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the game by keeping tabs on e-commerce trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle escalations and resolve operational hiccups with the flair of a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

• 25 years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally in marketplaces or D2C brands.
• Proven expertise in catalog management, pricing strategies, and marketplace algorithms.
• Analytical mindset with a love for turning data into actionable insights.
• A go-getter attitude with a knack for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
