Responsibilities


  • Responsible for overseeing the daily content activity on several social networks including, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and others where applicable.
  • The individual must have a keen interest in digital platforms with an exceptional mode of storytelling bring rich details alive within the primary forms of online social media and digital content (social posts, stories, reels, AR filters, AI generative content).
  • A multi-talented multi-tasker comfortable doing everything from digital films to digital banners and from brochures to buses
  • Has a ‘can –do’ attitude. Never gives up, till a creative brief is cracked.
  • Excellent deck/presentation making skills. Not only is this absolutely essential for storytelling, but we will value your contribution based on how many of these ideas on decks gets approved and executed.
  • The individual must have outstanding attention to detail (especially when it comes to grammar and writing), and ability to manage several different pieces of information at once.
  • Creates optimum structure to provide effective, efficient development of creative product
  • Provides evaluation, mentorship, and counsel to direct reports
  • Determines assignments, promotions, incentives applicable to creative managers
  • Supervises, supports, and inspires creative management leaders. Allocates appropriate personnel for all creative assignments
  • Monitors overall quality of agency creative output and provides direction and leadership
  • Foster positive relationship between creative department and other agency functional areas
  • Encourages strong collaborative relationship with account management and other departments
  • Constantly works to improve communications and processes necessary for optimum creative output
  • Responsible for awareness and communication of creative successes both internally and externally. Primary responsibility for creating, building, and maintaining company creative reputation
  • Provide clear direction on to teams on creative work, ensuring that it meets clients’ goals and strategies
  • Expertly articulate/track project milestones, deliverables, and risks to acct leads and senior management, internal and /or external vendors, while communicating progress, issues, and accomplishments
  • Prepare/deliver presentation representing the creative with in-depth knowledge of why choices are being made
  • Demonstrate ability to lead cross-disciplinary team members
  • Work with HR in mining talent.
  • Identify the strong and work to promote, identify the weak and work to mentor
  • To ensure their agency has adequate award entries along with wins.


Qualifications

Preferred Education and Qualifications (not necessary)

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication / Advertising / English

  • High levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong sense of conviction in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them
