We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our IT team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor sales strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports.
• Address customer queries and complaints via phone or visits.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and provide quotations.
• Coordinate with the service and operations team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT sales or related field
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Location: Mumbai
• Salary: ₹3 LPA
