We are looking forward to hire Digital Transformation Professionals in the following areas :

• Understand and align Operations focused solutions & drivers with client's business & technical needs to create tailored action plans using proven methodologies and innovative approaches to address client challenges effectively.
• Develop solid business cases for core business transformation in accordance with client's business agenda and strategic drivers.
• Contribute to and develop domain thought-ware for use within the network.
• Select appropriate data collection and analysis methods, and provide informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy.
• Address client business challenges at the intersection of process and technology.
• Produce high-quality work and collaborate with others to ensure a superior client experience.
• Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients.
• Utilize financial information when evaluating strategic options.
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem-solving.
• Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client's business.
• Organize insights and present recommendations in a logical flow to effectively communicate ideas.
• Gain deeper knowledge of the sales & business development process, including relevant business and/or functional knowledge.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities for personal growth, collaborate across teams and borders to achieve results, and take accountability for individual and team performance.
• Understand objectives for clients and the organization, align work accordingly, and set personal priorities.
• Actively seek opportunities for self-development, share knowledge and experiences with others, and represent the organization positively.
• Exposure to ERP and process mining would be advantageous.
• Well-versed in SQL and Snowflake skill technical skills
• Product owner's experience with a clear understanding in CFT environment among business users and the technology team
• Experience in gathering mapping and driving development and UAT in a timely manner
• Manage and create documentation
• Experience in executing tasks by resolving complex issues with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to create basic process models.
• Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools
• Ability to perform basic data analysis tasks.
• Familiarity with standard data analysis techniques and tools
• Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.
