Senior Associate - AEP Section - 12851

Job Purpose

To ensure, processing and issuance of all types of Airport Entry Pass (AEPs) in compliance with the BCAS guidelines in coordination with the stakeholder & providing necessary guidance for getting the timely processing of AEPs at the IGI Airport.

ORGANISATION CHART

Key Accountabilities

• Registration of entities and their Authorized signatories to apply for TAEPs/BAEPs. - Number of registration completed
• Guiding stakeholders in applying for TAEPs/AEP/BAEPs and submission /processing TAEP/BAEP applications of DIAL employees - Numbers of feedback received
• Scrutiny and verification of TAEP/AEP/BAEP applications of stakeholders - Number of feedback received, Number of delay reported
• Verification, uploading the Background check details with respect to Infra TAEPs/BAEP in CACS portal - Number of rejections, Number of observations resolved / closed
• Forwarding Temporary AEP, Biometric AEP, Commercial AEPs applications for approval of AEP Committee and RD-BCAS office - Number of application forwarded, Number of observations resolved / closed
• Scheduling / conducting Biometric enrollment of applicants - Number of delay reported, Number of observations resolved / closed
• Collection of Fees, issuance of invoices for issuance of TAEPs/BAEPs and maintaining record thereof - Number of observations highlighted & closed
• Printing the Infra TAEPs /BAEPs (pasting of hologram etc). - Number of AEPs printed
• Maintenance of records in accordance with BCAS mandates - Number of discrepancies observed
• Lamination & distribution of TAEPs of up to 30 Days after getting the approval of Authorized Signatory - Number of non-compliance highlighted, Number of feedback received
• Ensuring implementation of 5s, Kaizens at DIAL AEP Section - Number of 5s, Kaizens initiated and implemented at the locations

Education Qualifications

• Regular Graduate Degree Holder
• Basic AVSEC Certified
• Preferably knowledge of BCAS guidelines for issuance of AEPs

Having Total experience of 02 to 03 years in Aviation Security
