Position Summary
Purpose
To assist Deputy Manager, in Project Accounting Reporting Analysis (PARA) in the preperation of Financial Reports for Senior Management in a timely manner and support in performing the project accounting tasks and month-end close activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Functions
Essential
¿ Support the Deputy Manager in Month-end closing activities.
¿ Support to review of financial reports – including general ledgers, analyse and drill down the cost details.
¿ Assist in the compilation of revenue schedules for recording unbilled revenue.
¿ Compile data for preparation of Costs schedules for monthly costing of the projects assigned.
¿ Record journal entries in the ERP as per approved schedules for revenue and costs.
¿ Prepare and maintain schedules for sales reserve, deferred revenue, amortisation etc.
¿ Balance Sheet reconciliations – Reconcile various balance sheet accounts through detailed analysis and investigation.
¿ Assist in the preparation of schedule to perform FLUX analysis.
¿ Assist the Deputy Manager in the internal and external audit and regulatory reporting / compliance.
¿ Assist the Deputy Manager in preparation of financial reports in accordance with corporate guidelines.
¿ Contribute to automation of process and support the team as required.
¿ Help drive implementation of financial standards in the organization.
¿ Any other tasks as required to be performed by Management.

¿ Professional/master’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
¿ Minimum 2 Years Of F&A Experience
¿ Working knowledge of cost accounting principles
¿ Good understanding of Finance modeling concepts
¿ Working in shifts to support business requirements.
DESIRED
¿ Working knowledge of ERP system
¿ International experience is a plus

¿ Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
¿ Good verbal and written communication skills
