Position Summary

Position Summary and Location

This role involves crafting engaging website content, brochures, data sheets, case studies, articles, and other documents to communicate complex and technical information in a simplified way. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand communication strategies. Autonomy in project management and execution is a key aspect of this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Write or edit a wide variety of content on varying topics for multiple platforms (newsletter, website, social media, training modules, banners, case studies, guides/manuals, product and services catalogs, white papers, etc.).
  • Responsible primarily for developing website content covering our various business units, corporate functions, and global locations.
  • Determine the needs of end users or readers for various technical and nontechnical documentation.
  • Determine a clear and logical way to present content, write and edit content accordingly.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
  • Simplify complex and technical information for a diverse audience.
  • Create and maintain externally facing branding pages.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create innovative content ideas.
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-reliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

  • Sr. Manager – Corporate Support

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Graduate (bachelor’s degree) in English, Journalism, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

  • Three to five years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Impeccable at spelling and use of grammar.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Google Docs, and AI tools.
  • Able to think creative and innovative.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

Working Conditions

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
  • Work surface is stable (flat).
