Position-Senior Accounts Executive

Location:** Thane, Mumbai

Experience - 2-4 Yrs With Taxation

Salary Range:** ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage taxation, compliance, and daily accounting operations to support the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, preparing and filing TDS, GST, Income Tax, and Advance Tax returns, managing PF, ESIC, and PT payments, maintaining statutory records, and assisting with audits and account finalization.

Responsibilities:**

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and file TDS, GST, Income Tax, and Advance Tax returns.
• Manage PF, ESIC, and PT payments.
• Maintain statutory records.
• Assist with audits and account finalization.
• Comply with RERA regulations and perform inter-company reconciliations.
  
  

Qualifications:**

• CA/CA Inter or Semi-Qualified CA credentials.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate or Infrastructure industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with RERA compliance and inter-company reconciliations will be an added advantage.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
