Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records.
Reconciliation: Perform bank, creditor, debtor, and tax reconciliations.
Query Management: Create and manage query sheets based on client data.
Accruals and Pre-payments: Handle monthly accruals and pre-payments.
Manual Journals: Prepare manual journals for depreciation, gratuity, deferred revenue, etc.
VAT Returns: Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
Management Accounts: Prepare monthly management accounts.
Communication: Liaise with the Head Office and clients as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an Accounting KPO or firm.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
High accuracy and speed in work.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel).
Knowledge of cloud-based accounting packages (Xero, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAGE).
Education
M.Com / B.Com Graduate.
Inter CA Qualified (not pursuing CA exams).
Must have skills
