IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our growing team. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Network Access Control (NAC) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) systems to ensure the security of our organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain NAC and SCCM systems to protect the organization's network and data
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security threats and take necessary actions to mitigate them
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address any security gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry
• Strong knowledge of NAC and SCCM systems and their implementation
• Experience with network security protocols and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNA Security are a plus
