We Make Real What Matters. This Is Your Role
- Proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role in a large-scale, complex environment.
- Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in the PLM domain is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in transitioning teams and organizations from traditional waterfall methodologies and silos to Agile.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Version Control systems
- Experience Duration: 5 to10 Years as Scrum Master
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Technical background in software development
- Experience working in a regulated industry
