Script Writer

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency copywriter who blends performance instincts with brand sensibility. You’ll craft copies that sell, convert, and build trust. Think of this as a hybrid role between a direct response marketer and a storyteller — built for a fast-scaling consumer brand.

6 days working (Mon-Fri : WFO | Sat : WFH)

Languages Required: English and Hindi + South Languages

Budget : upto 6lpa(based on interview)

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Copywriting

• Write thumb-stopping ad hooks, headlines, and CTAs across Meta, Google, YouTube.
• Develop and test high-velocity creative variants (UGC, AI persona, statics, scripts)
• Optimize for CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate — not just “good writing"

2. Landing Pages & CRM

• Build high-converting LPs based on persuasion frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc)
• Own copy for emails, WhatsApp, SMS — contextual, high-engagement, action-oriened.
• Collaborate with design and media teams to improve funnel performance.

3. Brand & Campaign

• Craft campaign narratives across brand films, influencer scripts, and offline as sets
• Maintain consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints.
• Translate brand values into clear, memorable language — without losing performance edge.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in D2C, health-tech, or performance-led brands.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and digital funnels.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with Hinglish or vernacular writing.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into sharp, scannable copy.
• Comfortable iterating fast — you love testing, learning, and optimizing.
• Bonus: Experience writing for video (UGC scripts, founder ads, AI-led formats)
