Key Responsibilities
- Update and monitor stock movement, markdowns, promotions, and clearance activities.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate vendor information.
- Manage product samples and coordinate with internal photoshoot or content teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Use analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making to increase volumes, improve margins, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competition mapping and maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and brands.
- Ensure the company’s product selection stays competitive and aligned with market expectations.
- Identify opportunities for future growth and contribute ideas for business improvement.
- Develop and implement industry best practices in category operations.
- Understand customer behavior and demand trends within the kidswear segment.
- Ensure assortment completeness by identifying and onboarding suitable brands to achieve assortment goals.
- Address category gaps by bringing in top-performing brands, launching new price points, and improving product conversion and topline performance through a stronger assortment.

Additional Information
What We Are Looking For
- Educational background: NIFT or MBA preferred, with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in e-commerce retail, especially in kidswear, is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels; proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
