SAP Fiori Consultant - UI5 Module

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori HANA Support Consultant to join our SAP AMS team.

The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of SAP Fiori applications integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

This position requires strong knowledge of Fiori architecture, UI5 development, and backend OData integration, along with a solid understanding of SAP support processes (incident, change, and problem management).

• Provide AMS support for SAP Fiori and S/4HANA environments.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution related to Fiori
  
  

applications and Launchpad configuration.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Fiori apps, OData services, UI5 performance issues, and
  
  

authorization-related errors.

• Collaborate with functional consultants (MM, SD, PP, FICO, etc.) and ABAP developers to
  
  

resolve end-to-end issues.

• Work on Fiori Launchpad (FLP) administration catalog, group, and role assignments.
• Perform Fiori app configuration, tile customization, and UI theme adjustments.
• Handle Fiori security (PFCG role mapping, FES & BES authorization setup).
• Maintain and enhance custom Fiori/UI5 applications bug fixes, version upgrades, and user
  
  

interface improvements.

• Monitor Gateway (SAP NetWeaver Gateway) and OData service registration and activation.
• Analyze SAP Gateway logs, ST22 dumps, SM21 system logs, and ST05 traces to resolve issues.
• Support integration between Fiori apps and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Coordinate with SAP BASIS and Security teams for system-level issues and access
  
  

management.

• Participate in SLA-based ticket resolution, change request management, and continuous
  
  

improvement initiatives.

• Support system upgrades, Fiori component updates, and new app deployments.
• Strong experience in SAP Fiori Apps (Transactional, Analytical, and Fact Sheets).
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori Architecture (Frontend + Backend).
• Hands-on experience in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML views.
• Experience in OData Services (Create, Test, and Troubleshoot) and SAP Gateway.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA environment and Fiori Launchpad Designer/Admin tools.
• Knowledge of Fiori Security concepts, PFCG role configuration, and authorization Exposure to SAP Web IDE, BAS (Business Application Studio), or Eclipse for Fiori/UI5
  
  

development.

• Working knowledge of CDS Views, Annotations, and Analytical Apps.
• Understanding of AMS Support methodologies Incident, Change, Problem & Release
  
  

Management.

• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and Fiori extension concepts is desirable.
