Field sales & Team handling experience is must.

Digital Payments & Telecom Sales Experience Will Be Preferred.

  • Only QR+Sound box installation experience candidate share cv

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.
  • Responsible for sourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activations signing leads.
  • Will be managing the team of direct sales people.
  • Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
  • Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
  • Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market.
  • Achieving sales targets.

Key Competencies

  • 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
