Job Description
As a Deputy Manager in Residential Sales Flooring, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our flooring products within the residential sector. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans, understand and navigate domestic trade, and use your negotiation and networking skills to build strong relationships with clients. You will also be expected to use your technical knowhow of our products and processes to provide excellent service to our customers.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Identify and target potential customers in the residential sector, using your market and competitive intelligence to gain an edge.

Use your technical knowhow of our products and processes to provide excellent service to our customers.

Negotiate contracts with clients, using your influencing skills to secure the best deals for our company.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team, using your people excellence skills to motivate and inspire your team.

Use your analytical skills to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, using your networking and persuasion skills to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Use your business and commercial acumen to identify new business opportunities and drive business development.

Manage conflicts within your team and with clients, using your conflict management skills to ensure a positive working environment.

Use SAP and other IT related applications to manage sales data and customer information.

Maintain a global mindset, understanding the needs of our international customers and adapting your strategies accordingly.

Demonstrate entrepreneurship, taking initiative and driving innovation within your team.
